Okemos Public Montessori Enrollment Timeline ENROLLMENT HAS CLOSED FOR 2013-14 SCHOOL YEAR. NOTIFICATION LETTERS WILL BE MAILED ON 3/27/13. Childcare will be available in the gym until 7:00pm. The K-4th grade application acceptance criteria is fully explained at the information nights. March 2013 ENROLLMENT - 3/01/13 thru 3/15/2013 for K-4 3/01/13 (Friday) Enrollment opens for new students, 3/15/13 (Friday) Enrollment/Registration CLOSED for grades K- 4. 3/27/13 (Wednesday) Notification letters mailed - please respond according to the instructions specified in the letter. Forms Required For Registration: ♦ In-District students: Registration form - click here, Proof of residence form attached to documentation - Residency_Verification_Form.pdf, In_District_Transfer_Form for current Okemos Public School students only, Birth certificate, Immunization Records ♦ Schools of Choice students: Registration form - OPS_STUDENT_Registration_Form_2013_, SOC form required with complete documentation. SOC_Application-Montessori.pdf, Birth certificate, Immunization Records 4/25/13 (Thursday) Kindergarten Round-up - Kindergarten Confirmation letters will be mailed with details included. A birth certificate, immunization record and a physician signed green health form are required for your child to start school. Enrollment for the 3 and 4 year old PPK program as well as those needing child care is done through Community Education. Applications are accepted beginning February 21at the first information night. Admission is on a first come first served basis and continues until all seats are filled. A waiting list opens up at that time. The following information is required at time of enrollment: 3 and 4 year olds PPK program- application, $75 enrollment fee, birth certificate, immunization and health appraisal form Child Care – application and $75 registration fee.
