Welcome To Club Kinawa Whether your child will be new to Kinawa in the Fall, or just beginning their final year in Chippewa, Club Kinawa is a great place for middle school students to spend their down time before and after school hours. Club Kinawa is a before and after school program for kids attending Kinawa 5-6 School as well as Chippewa 7-8 School. We are located within Kinawa 5-6 School, in Room 409. Our program provides a safe and enriching environment for students, allowing them to socialize as well as grow with their peers. Club Kinawa activities include homework time, arts and crafts, cooking, games, athletics, and various club style programs led by our students. Our staff is also committed to offering four after hours events throughout the school year, which has ranged from Lock-Ins to riding go-carts at FunTyme in the past. Club Kinawa is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 9:00am and from 2:50pm-6:00pm. We are also open during half days, and full days, as well as over holiday breaks and spring breaks. * While these special activities are planned special for each day, we also allow the Club Kinawa kids to participate in other activities that interest them at their leisure. (In other words, just because it's craft day, it doesn't mean that ALL kids HAVE to do the craft - it simply means that the craft is available on that day.) Activities such as board games, ping pong, arts and crafts, reading, and anything else they can think of are available to them at all times.
