EDUStaff is a staffing company with whom we have contracted to supply many of our hourly paid and contracted positions. Any such individual must complete an application through EDUStaff in order to begin employment with us. To begin the application process, click on “Apply for all jobs” on their website www.edustaffonline.com and perform the following steps:
CREATE AN ACCOUNT in EDUApply. Follow the instructions above to enter EDUApply and click on the “Create an account” tab. A form will appear asking for your personal information and your choice of a login user name and password. Once this is done, click on the “Login” tab and enter your user name and password.

You will be asked to complete a selection of the above sections based on the district and employee type you choose. Applicants currently employed by our district who are transitioning to EDUStaff may be able to transfer items such as Fingerprints and GCN module completion, please bypass these sections. New employees however, should complete these sections. Your progress toward completion of the application will be indicated by stars next to each required section that are filled according to the level of completion. Please print out all appropriate documents by clicking on the printer icon by each item under “Printed and Signed Documents”, sign where applicable and bring them to your orientation meeting. The “Meeting Selection” portion will enter your name on the roll for this meeting with EDUStaff on the date you choose from a list. You will receive all of the information pertinent to your employment at that time.
The employment process/application is completed online with the exception of an employee meeting and fingerprinting. Click here for the form to use for fingerprinting. Fingerprinting may be done at the following locations:
You must have an Agency ID # to be fingerprinted at any of these locations. An agency ID is the number that is assigned to the school district in which you want your fingerprint results to be sent.
DK Security - Fingerprinting by appointment only, 8:00 - 5:00 M-F
Lansing Police Department - Fingerprinting: 7:30 - 3:00 M-Th. No appointment is necessary.
The Cost is $59.25 and may be paid with cash, credit card, bank check, or money order. No personal checks will be accepted. Picture identification is required.
Ingham County Sheriff - Fingerprinting: 9:00 - 5:00 M-Th. (no holidays) No appointment is necessary.
The cost is $65.25 and may be paid with check or credit card.
