• Spring is on the way (hopefully)! We are really looking forward to warmer weather in
  Kids Club. Please continue to send boots to school, even when it warms up,
  because the playground will get very muddy as the snow melts.

• Hopefully by now most of you have met our new Assistant Director, Ms. Zoe Markaj.
  Ms. Zoe currently attends Michigan State and will be graduating this spring with a
  Bachelors of Social Science. She enjoys puzzles and sports! Ms. Zoe will be
  working in Before and After Care daily.

• Don’t forget, Wednesday, March 6th is a ½ day of school! Registration is already
  closed, please contact Mrs. Doherty to find out if your child is registered.

• Our next Early Release Day is Wednesday, March 20th. Don’t forget to sign your
  child up for the Early Release Day Activity if you are in need of care between 1:50
  PM and 3:50 PM. Kids Club will start like normal at 3:50 PM.

• March is reading month! To celebrate, we will be making a very colorful reading
  rainbow on our cupboards! Every time one of our kids read a book, they get to write
  their name and the book title on a piece of construction paper that we will add to our
  rainbow. Feel free to email me with the titles of books your child reads at home and
  we will add them to our display!

• SPRING BREAK is just around the corner and Okemos Kids Club‘s Spring
  Break information is now available. Supersaver families are pre-registered for
  298h and 30th but NOT pre-registered for April 1st-5th. Edgewood Early Childhood
  Center is our Spring Break host. Late sign-up will be accepted (space permitting)
  through Friday, March 15th with an additional $10.00 late fee. Please view the
  attached flyer for more information.
