General Information 

School Closing
In the event that school is closed because of inclement weather or mechanical failure, no Community Education classes will be held.  Classes will be rescheduled as time permits.

Class cancellation
Your early registration will help assure that a class will be held.  Most classes have a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation.  If a class must be cancelled because of low enrollment, we will make every effort to contact you.

Pool Closing
If mechanical failure or pool mishap causes the closing of the pool, swim classes will be made up if time permits.  No refunds will be made for canceled classes.

Charge for Insufficient Funds
A $30 fee will be assessed for any check returned for insufficient funds or any credit card declined for a second time.

1. Full refunds will be made if Community Education cancels the class.

2. If you cannot attend a class as planned, you may request a refund.  There is a $5 cancellation fee.  Requests for refunds for one-time classes must be made 24 hours prior to the class start time.  Requests for refund for a series of classes must be made before the second class.  No refunds are possible after a class has been held.

3.  Transfers from one class section to another will incur a $5 transfer fee.
