The Department of Media & Technology has been notified that some Windows 7 or Vista machines are having trouble accessing Remote Access.  Please try the following.  We strongly recommend using Internet Explorer for your browser.

Once Internet Explorer is open, select Tools from the menu bar.

Click on Internet Options (just Options for Vista), Security, Trusted Sites and  click the Sites button. 

Add  https://s4.okemosschools.net (s4 is the remote access server) to the trusted sites. 

Restart the machine.
