New Student Enrollment

Students and parents new to Okemos must call (517)706-4806 to make an appointment for a meeting with a counselor for registration. This meeting will last approximately forty-five minutes and the following items must be available during registration:

proof of residency

immunization record

birth certificate

standardized test scores (optional)

transcript or previous report card (optional)

The registration process is a time when we share information with you about our school. Please ask questions you need to know. This is also a time when we gather information about your child. Please share information that will help us provide your child with the best educational environment.

School of Choice

Students from outside our district are welcome to apply through the Office of the Superintendent at 4406 N. Okemos Rd., Okemos, MI 48864 or call 517-706-5000.

Applications will only be accepted from students residing in the Ingham Intermediate School District. In addition, Okemos Public Schools will not accept students who have been expelled from school at any time or students who have been suspended within the last two years.
